By installing or using DayAssist, you agree to these terms.
DayAssist is provided for personal and commercial use. The software is proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the obfuscated harness code.
You retain full ownership of all code, files, conversations, and content you create or process using DayAssist.
DayAssist connects to third-party AI providers using your subscription or API keys. You are responsible for any costs incurred. We are not a party to your agreement with these providers.
When you authorize integrations such as Gmail, Calendar, or Drive, DayAssist may read, write, send, or modify data on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant. You are responsible for the actions you authorize. Sensitive operations require explicit approval through the in-app permission system.
You agree not to use DayAssist for illegal activity, to harm others, or in violation of any third-party service's terms.
DayAssist is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software, including lost data or API costs incurred.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
